Currently working at Lifeline Australia as a System Engineer, Genesys, Stephane is leading the modernization of Lifeline's Contact Center by migrating to Genesys Cloud. Previously, at Genesys for over two decades, Stephane held various roles, including Senior Solutions Engineer and Solutions Engineer, where Stephane played a crucial role in developing demos and proof-of-concepts for products and solutions.
