Crystal Ngo

Crystal Ngo, M.A.Ed., serves as the Health Information Technology Project Manager at LifeLong Medical Care, a position held since June 2019, where pivotal contributions include advocating for the HIT PM role, digitizing patient registration, and implementing multi-factor authentication for electronic health records. Previously, Crystal coordinated telehealth initiatives during the pandemic, designing standardized workflows and piloting innovative programs. Crystal's earlier experience as an English Teacher at El Cerrito Senior High School involved teaching advanced English courses, promoting trauma-informed practices, and enhancing educational technology integration. Crystal holds a Master of Education from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Arts in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Sonoma State University.
