Florent Chenebault

Prior to this, Florent worked as an Engineering Manager at HealthHero from 2021 to 2022, where they led the development of a holistic digital solution for workplace wellbeing. Florent was responsible for architecting the solution, ensuring stability and scalability, and overseeing team recruitment and management.

Before joining HealthHero, Florent worked at Qare from 2020 to 2022. Florent served as the Engineering Manager for the Mental Health division and was responsible for orchestrating developments, managing the team, and ensuring code stability and maintainability. Florent also worked as a Fullstack Lead Developer for the Mon Sherpa product, focusing on improving tool efficiency and utilizing technologies such as React-Native and Koa.

Prior to Qare, Florent worked at Doctopsy from 2019 to 2020 as a Mon Sherpa Tech Creator, playing a key role in building a teleconsultation platform specializing in mental health. Florent described their time at Doctopsy as a passionate and life-changing adventure.

Florent also gained valuable experience at BEPATIENT, where they held multiple roles from 2014 to 2019. Florent initially joined as a Developer and worked on graphic redesigning and platform development. Eventually, they became the Product Technical Lead, overseeing the creation of POP for Point Of Prevention, a healthcare product. Florent's involvement with BEPATIENT contributed to its growth from a small team to over 50 employees.

Additionally, Florent worked as a JAVA/JEE Developer at Atos in 2013, where they implemented a technology showroom Android application. Florent also gained hospitality experience as a Waiter at Virgin Limited Edition in 2012.
