Jill Santillan

Jill Santillan serves as the Area Director of Operations at LifePoint Health® since October 2017, bringing extensive experience in the rehabilitation field. Previously, Jill was the Regional Director of Rehab at ProStep Rehab from January 1999 to June 2015, where supervisory responsibilities included overseeing facility rehab coordinators and ensuring clinical excellence. Jill also worked as the Facility Rehab Coordinator at Concept Rehab, Inc. from October 1997 to January 1999, focusing on leadership in rehabilitation program management and compliance with regulations. Jill began their career as an Occupational Therapist at Florida Sunshine Rehab from September 1993 to September 1997. Jill holds a Master of Organization Development degree from Bowling Green State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Eastern Michigan University.
