Jessika Wellisch, PCC, CPCC, currently serves as a Leadership and Life Coach at LifeRamp while also working as a Premier Executive Coach and Facilitator at BetterUp. Experienced in executive coaching with multiple organizations including Optify and Skillsoft, Jessika has specialized in helping adults achieve professional and personal potential through effective coaching techniques. Prior experience includes a role as Talent and Culture Curator at Collage Group, focusing on employee engagement and training, along with teaching positions such as Art Instructor and Early Childhood Educator. Jessika holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Brown University and two Master’s Degrees in Education and Human Development from The George Washington University and Communication from American University.
