Alana Anderson

Alana Anderson has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Their most recent position was as a Lead Business Analyst at Liferay, where they played a key role in the global enablement of business analysts and managed the Developer Services initiative. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Business Analyst at AHIMA, where they managed the implementation of Microsoft Teams and played a crucial role in the development of an issue management system. Alana also gained experience as an IT Technical Analyst at TIAA-CREF, where they worked closely with cross-functional teams and contributed to the launch of the Technical Associate Site. Alana has also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at North Carolina A&T State University, where they assisted in database design and maintenance, conducted testing, and analyzed data. Alana Anderson, CSM received their education in computer science from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Alana completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from 2009 to 2013. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from 2013 to 2014 at the same institution. In addition to their academic qualifications, Alana Anderson obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in December 2022.
