Sandya has over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, working for Novartis, Merck KGaA/ EMD Serono and Debiopharm. She has built expertise in business development, driving identification of partnering opportunities, competitor landscape analysis, market opportunity assessment and asset valuation. Sandya holds an M.Sc. in Biochemistry from the University of Geneva and a B.Sc. in Biochemistry from St Andrews University.
