Melissa Kelvas

Melissa (Wagner) Kelvas currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at LifeSci Partners since December 2024. Prior to this role, Melissa worked at BTIG from March 2019 to December 2024, where responsibilities included serving as Vice President, HR Business Partner, and Human Resources Generalist. Earlier experience includes serving as an Experienced Hire Recruiting Coordinator at ADP, focusing on recruitment and onboarding processes for Goldman Sachs, as well as a Strategy Intern at Swiss Re, assisting with project implementation and event planning. Melissa holds a degree from SUNY New Paltz, obtained in 2017.
