Debbie Marcum has over 30 years of experience in various roles related to information technology, operations, and management. Debbie started their career as an Office Manager/QA Coordinator at Washtenaw Council on Alcoholism in 1991 and then worked as an Office Manager/Information System Manager at Michigan Health Professional Recovery Corporation from 1996 to 2004. From 2004 to 2007, they served as a Senior Data Analyst at the University of Michigan Health System, specializing in health data analysis. In 2007, they joined LifeSecure Insurance Company as a Sr. Manager of Information Technology/Sr. Business Analyst and later took on roles as Director of Information Technology, Sr. Director of Information Technology & Operations, and ultimately became the Vice President of Information Technology, Operations & Human Resources. In their current role, they oversee strategic initiatives, manages budgets, implements technology solutions, leads teams, and focuses on human resources and employee development. Throughout their career, Debbie has demonstrated their ability to drive innovation, improve business processes, reduce costs, implement new technologies, and achieve corporate goals.
