Greg Johnstone has extensive experience as a Consulting CFO, serving as a financial partner to CEOs in various companies. Greg has worked with FLG Partners, founded in 2004, where they led strategic and operational planning, fundraising, and negotiating deals. Greg also provided part-time/interim CFO services through their own consulting firm, Greg Johnstone Consulting, from 2013 to 2021. In addition, they have held financial consulting roles at companies such as Karius, DriveScale Inc., and Mindtribe Product Engineering. Currently, Greg is working as a Consulting CFO at Micronoma, LifeSignals Group, Acoustiic Inc., Cordance Medical, and Attune Medical.
Greg Johnstone has a diverse education history. Greg earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley from 1988 to 1992. During their undergraduate studies, in 1990 and 1991, they attended The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University and Lund University, where they focused on Electrical and Computer Engineering.
Greg furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from UC Santa Barbara from 1993 to 1995. Greg then continued their academic journey by enrolling at the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration degree.
