Toni Holmes

Toni Holmes is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of the Department of Talent Management for Rockdale County Government since April 2017, Toni also holds the role of Community Development at LifeSouth Community Blood Centers and is the Founder/Consultant of WeAreHR, an organization dedicated to advancing the human resources profession and collaborating with educational institutions. Additionally, Toni has been an HR Director and Human Resources Consultant at GTM, Inc. since 2006 and previously worked as an HR Business Partner at Iron Mountain from 2008 to 2009. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University and a background from Michigan State University, complemented by a high school diploma from Renaissance High School.
