Timothy Quirk

Timothy Quirk, MCR, currently serves as the VP of Real Estate & Facility Planning at Lifespan since September 2023. Prior to this role, Timothy held positions in corporate real estate strategy at PwC from March 2021 to September 2023, and worked as a Real Estate Strategist at Hologic, Inc. from June 2015 to September 2020. Timothy's experience includes serving as Associate Director of Facilities Planning at Shire Pharmaceuticals and various roles at Hologic, where capital project management and space planning expertise were provided. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Projects at Rickes Associates, Senior Project Director at Einhorn Yaffee Prescott, Senior Associate at KlingStubbins, Principal at Quirk Design Architects and Planners, and Project Architect at Perry Dean Rogers Architects. Timothy holds a BFA in Art and Design from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
