Derek Spackman

Derek Spackman has a strong background in operations and business management, starting as a Technologist II, Sr at ARUP Laboratories in 2008. Derek then served as a Technical Supervisor and Special Projects Manager at Select Laboratory Partners, Inc. where they managed two toxicology labs until 2023. From 2019 to 2023, they were the Business Director at Ascendant Behavioral Health Clinics, where they increased revenue by 30% and guided the company through an acquisition. Currently, they hold the position of Operations Director at LifeStance Health since 2023.

Derek Spackman earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from the University of Utah in 2011. In 2016, they obtained the certification of Technologist in Chemistry (ASCP-C) from the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP).
