Vanessa Granger-Belcher

Vanessa Granger-Belcher, MS, LMHC, LCPC, currently serves as Manager of Operations Strategy and Operations Manager at LifeStance Health since August 2022. Previously, Vanessa held the position of Director of Behavioral Health at McLean County Government from November 2021 to July 2022 and worked as a Clinical Therapist at LifeStance Health between 2019 and 2021. Additional experience includes roles as Staff Counselor at Illinois State University and Associate Director at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, where responsibilities included Assistant Director and Clinical Coordinator from August 2014 to 2019. Prior to these roles, Vanessa was a Graduate Assistant at Indiana State University and completed internships at both Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana. Earlier career experiences include positions as Senior Account Manager at 1187 Creative and Clinical Team Associate at J. Michael Conkright, MD. Vanessa holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Indiana State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Southern Indiana.
