Annie Bailes

Annie Bailes is a Senior Accountant at Lifestyle Communities since February 2023, bringing extensive experience from PulteGroup, where roles included Land Acquisition Financial Analyst from June 2018 to January 2023, focusing on financial feasibility studies and investment package preparation for the Asset Management Committee, as well as Financial Analyst responsible for journal entry preparation and audit control oversight for numerous active developments. Earlier in their career, Annie served as a Staff Accountant and Sales Consultant while studying at Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee. Annie also gained practical experience as an Accounting Intern with Enterprise Holdings. Annie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and is furthering education at Università degli Studi di Urbino Carlo Bo since 2015.
