Grace Delos Santos has four years of work experience. Grace began their career in 2012 as a Senior Customer Service Executive at 99 Interior Pte. Ltd. In 2015, they took on a role as Account Manager at Century Properties Group, Inc. and also worked as a Key Account Executive and Executive Assistant to the CEO at Healthcare-E-Solutions Philtrade Inc. In 2017, they became the Growth Lead - Philippines at Lifetrack Medical Systems.

Grace Delos Santos holds a Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing, Nursing Administration, Nursing Research and Clinical Nursing from Wesleyan University - Philippines. Grace obtained their National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN) from the California Board Of Registered Nursing in November 2008 and their Registered Nurse certification from the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission in November 2007. In 2020, they earned their Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) from ProcessDoctorsAcademy in April and their Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from the Management & Strategy Institute in March.
