Ma. Irene Fenol

Ma. Irene Fenol has worked in the software engineering and firmware engineering fields since 2012. From 2012 to 2015, they were a Firmware Engineer at BitMicro Networks International, Inc. where they designed and developed firmware for Input/Output Control support of BitMicro's SSD products. Ma. Irene also had knowledge of embedded C, real-time debugging, flash management, SCSI, SAS, and PCIe protocols, and used tools such as Muli IDE, GreenHills Probe, Visual SCSI Explorer, and a Protocol Analyzer (SAS). From 2015 to 2016, they were a R&D Engineer at Nokia where they had knowledge of C++, Boost, Linux Embedded Development, Non-real time Debugging, 2G, 3G, LTE, UML, Agile, and used tools such as Qt IDE, Eclipse, Jira, Pronto, Jenkins, and Beyond Compare. Ma. Irene was also trained in Concepts of Telecommunications, Agile Methodology, Unified Modeling Language (UML), and Object Oriented Programming (C++). From 2015 to 2016, they were a Firmware Engineer at AgTech Labs, Inc. where they had knowledge of embedded C, real-time debugging, flash management, software configuration management, Agile, SPI Protocol, SDIO protocol, and used tools such as IAR Workbench, Eclipse IDE, STLink Utility, Beyond Compare, JIRA, Mercurial, and Bitbucket. Ma. Irene handled the Memory Management module of the Telemetry device FW and had knowledge of flash technology. Lastly, from 2016 to present, they have been a Software Engineer at Lifetrack Medical Systems where they have knowledge of Vanilla Js, HTML5, CSS3, LAMP Stack (Linux, Apache Web Server, MySql, PHP), Web APIs such as ImageData, Canvas, WebGL, IndexedDB, Web Workers, DICOM standard, and PACS/RIS systems. Ma. Irene has designed and implemented new features/tools, debugged and fixed bugs, and enhanced existing features. Ma. Irene also collaborates with end-users and assists the technical support team in advanced questions, working remotely and reporting directly to the software architect.

Ma. Irene Fenol graduated from the University of the Philippines in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics, specializing in Computer Hardware and Instrumentation.
