Christina Beer is a seasoned professional in the field of microbiology and food science, currently serving as a Senior Research Scientist at LifeVantage Corporation since August 2017. Christina is also the Owner of CB Food Consulting, LLC, a position held since March 2011. Prior experience includes working as an R&D Scientist at Basic Research from August 2010 to February 2011 and as a Scientist at Schiff Nutrition International from 1999 to 2010. Christina earned a PhD in Microbiology and Food Science from Utah State University between 1991 and 1998, following a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Weber State University, completed in 1989. Additional education was obtained at Tyska Skolan Stockholm.
