Anne M.

Anne M. has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Anne has worked as a Health Coaching Team Lead at LifeWorks since March 2016. Prior to that, they owned their own business, Anne Massey, LLC, where they served as a Certified Nutritionist & Health Coach starting in August 2010. Anne also worked as a Health and Wellness Coach at Ceridian LifeWorks from November 2013 to February 2016. Additionally, they have experience as a Personal Trainer at various organizations such as MWR Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Emerge Well, Plus One, The Atlantic Club, and MWR Bloch Arena Naval Base Pearl Harbor. Anne has also worked as a Massage Therapist at The Spa at Short Hills and Sharp Fitness.

Anne M. completed their education at several institutions and received multiple certifications.

From 2008 to 2010, they attended Bastyr University, where they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Nutrition.

In 2003, they briefly studied at the Cortiva Institute, where they obtained a certificate in Massage Therapy.

In the years between 1993 and 2001, Anne M. attended the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree with a focus on Business Management.

In addition to their formal education, Anne M. has obtained several certifications. In 2022, they received a Cannabis Coach certification from the Natural Wellness Academy. Prior to that, in 2017, they became Nationally Board Certified as a Health and Wellness Coach by the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching. In 2016, they obtained the Certified Professional Health & Wellness Coach certification from Wellcoaches. In 2010, they became a Certified Nutritionist through the State of Washington. Lastly, in 2004, they obtained the Certified Personal Trainer certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness).
