Jessica Letizia

Jessica Letizia has worked in various roles in the field of human resources and employment assistance since 2013. Jessica began their career as a Summer Camp Aide at Abilis in 2013, followed by a Bachelor's Intern role at Victory Programs in the same year. In 2014, they joined Ability Beyond as an Employment Specialist, where they assisted a caseload of 20 clients with disabilities in finding and maintaining employment. Jessica developed relationships with local employers to create positions for prospective employees and managed accommodations for current employees. Jessica also organized events for individuals with mental illnesses as part of a committee designed to facilitate greater participation in the workforce. In 2016, Jessica joined LifeWorx, where they held the roles of Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Operations, Director of Talent Acquisition, Candidate Relations Director, and Recruiting Associate.

Jessica Letizia graduated from Boston College in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. In September 2015, they obtained a Mental Health First Aid certification from the National Council for Behavioral Health.
