Sean Fathman

Sean Fathman holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Cincinnati and has extensive experience in engineering and manufacturing management. Currently, Sean serves as the Director Of Engineering and Plant Manager at LifeMade Products LLC since June 2019. Previous roles include Manager of Manufacturing Engineering at Hixson from February 2017 to June 2019 and Director of Manufacturing Engineering & Continuous Improvement at Jarden Home Brands from January 2015 to January 2017. Sean's career includes a significant tenure at The United States Playing Card Company, where contributions encompassed leading capital projects, engineering process improvements, and managing multiple engineering disciplines. Early in Sean's career, valuable experience was gained at Ingersoll-Rand Steelcraft Manufacturing and Rotex Inc, focusing on process and product design.
