Matt Gosche has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Matt started their career in 1993 as the Vice President and Director of Debt Placement at PDS Gaming Corporation, where they focused on origination, underwriting, and syndication of secured gaming equipment and casino equipment financing transactions. Matt then worked at The Marshall Group, Inc. from 1998 to 2002 as a Vice President in Institutional Sales, specializing in private placement loan transactions secured by commercial real estate and equipment.
In 2003, Gosche joined North American Capital Markets, Inc. as a Vice President in Institutional Sales, where they continued to sell private placement loan transactions, this time with a focus on community banks. Matt also played a crucial role in syndicating commercial loan and equipment lease transactions. From 2005 to 2008, Gosche worked at Carlton Financial Corporation as the Vice President of Lease Origination, where they specifically dealt with lease origination.
In 2009, Gosche joined Snap Fitness 24/7 as the Director of Franchise Finance and Resales. Matt managed the Snap Fitness In-House Resale Program, facilitating the orderly sale and transfer of existing franchised outlets. Matt also provided support in club assessment, negotiation with landlords and lenders, and helped franchisees secure financing for new outlets. Finally, since 2014, Gosche has been with Lift Brands as the Director of Franchise Finance and Resales, overseeing the financing and resales operations of multiple wellness companies within the Lift Brands collection.
Matt Gosche has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. Matt also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance from the same university.
