Ed Arthur

Ed Arthur currently serves as the Head of Strategy at Lift Schools, a position held since August 2022. Prior to this, Ed worked as a Management Consultant at PwC UK from August 2015 to July 2022, focusing on performance improvement projects and organizational change within the public sector. Ed began a career in education as a Teacher and Head of Religious Education at Rivers Academy West London from September 2009 to August 2013, after completing the Teach First Leadership Development Programme. Additionally, Ed served as a Graduate Recruitment Officer at Teach First from August 2013 to July 2015, where responsibilities included supporting the recruitment strategy for university graduates. Ed holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology/Theological Studies from Durham University, earned between 2005 and 2008.
