Mary McElhiney

Mary McElhiney began their work experience as an Administrative Specialist at Rapp Collins Worldwide in 1988. Mary then moved on to work as an Event Marketing/Trade Show Manager at Ziff-Davis Interactive, where they established the event marketing function and coordinated sales training programs.

In 1997, Mary joined Hemisphere as a Director, where they wrote winning business plans and presentations, produced international conferences, and recruited and inspired staff and service providers worldwide.

From 1998 to 2005, Mary owned their own business called Mary McElhiney Marketing. During this time, they produced successful computer technology executive conferences, developed business plans and decks, and implemented cutting-edge marketing programs to increase the top of the funnel.

In 2005, Mary joined Energy & Resource Solutions (ERS) as the Vice President of Business Operations. During their time at ERS, they focused on project management, development, and optimization of business systems. Mary also created business marketing plans and organized worldwide business event programs.

In 2021, Mary worked as a Vice President at DNV, where they were involved in integrating systems and projects and worked on a Workforce Development project for a major utility client.

Currently, Mary is serving as the Head of US Business Operations at LIFTE H2, where they are responsible for developing processes in human resources, facilities, IT, and more. Mary is continuing their green energy learning journey with a team of experts.

Mary McElhiney attended Merrimack College from 1984 to 1988 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree, although the specific field of study is not provided.
