Aya Okuma

Aya Okuma began their work experience in 2007 as a Charitable Giving Associate at Google, where they managed the company's technology-based grants and reported grant data to showcase the company's philanthropic impact. Aya also oversaw Google's VIP delegation visitor program, organized speaking engagements, and maintained internal team websites and resources. In 2013, Aya took a sabbatical and traveled to 30 countries, engaging with non-profit organizations and educational institutions. Upon their return, they joined The William and Flora Hewlett Foundation as a Program Associate, where they served as an in-house database administrator, trained staff, and managed the development of database applications for grant tracking and budgeting. In 2017, Aya joined Liftoff Mobile, Inc as a Senior Revenue Operations Manager, overseeing a team of Salesforce Administrators and managing complex projects, including a Salesforce migration post-merger.

Aya Okuma's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology & Legal Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
