Dhananjay Muddappa

Dhananjay Muddappa has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Dhananjay is currently working as a Product Manager in the field of Machine Learning at Liftoff Mobile since 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Consultant at Concord from 2021 to 2022.

Before Concord, Dhananjay held multiple roles at ConnexPay from 2020 to 2021. Dhananjay started as a Product Manager and later transitioned to become a Software Engineer. During their tenure, they accomplished several projects including the launch of an intelligent purchasing platform, redesigning dashboards for clients, and enhancing the reporting data warehouse.

In 2019, Dhananjay worked as a Technical Advisor and an AI Fellow at Insight Data Science. Dhananjay mentored an AI fellow on an NLP deep learning project and also developed a web application for artists to generate novel images using text input.

Before joining Insight, Dhananjay gained experience as a Data Analyst Intern at Bolt Threads in 2018 and Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in the same year.

In 2017, they worked as a Research Associate at EkStep Foundation, where they contributed to developing the methodology of Societal Platform, conducted research, created reports, and collaborated with industry leaders to develop frameworks for sustainability goals.

Prior to that, Dhananjay served as a Data Scientist at GreenCube Global Pte Ltd from 2016 to 2017. Dhananjay worked on various data analysis projects, led a team, repaired large datasets, conducted market basket analysis, designed visualizations, and predicted flood damage.

In 2016, Dhananjay worked as a UI/UX Consultant at Janalakshmi Financial Services.

Throughout their career, Dhananjay has developed skills in Jira, Git, C#, MSSQL Server, Visual Studio, VS Code, Windows Powershell, Postman, CMD, data visualization tools, and Python. Dhananjay has also showcased their work at conferences and utilized various programming languages and tools for their projects.

Dhananjay Muddappa completed their Master's degree in Data Science from the University of Minnesota from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from PES University from 2011 to 2015. Besides their formal education, they have also acquired several additional certifications. These include the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org, obtained in December 2021. Dhananjay has also completed various online courses, such as Graph Analytics for Big Data, Machine Learning With Big Data, Computational Investing, Part I, Introduction to Big Data Analytics, Hadoop Platform and Application Framework, R Programming, and Introduction to Big Data, all obtained in 2015 through Coursera Course Certificates. Additionally, Dhananjay has a Basic Certificate Course in Spanish from Instituto Hispania, although the specific date of completion is not provided.
