Mariana Cavaleiro de Ferreira

Mariana MA Cavaleiro de Ferreira has extensive experience in project management, marketing, and communication, particularly within the Liga Portuguesa Contra o Cancro, where responsibilities have included leading project management in oncology, directing marketing and communication, and overseeing events in the Núcleo Regional do Sul since 2016. Prior to this, Mariana held national roles in marketing and communication at the same organization from 2013 to 2015 and worked as a multidisciplinary executive from 2004 to 2012. Mariana's career began in various roles, including a partner manager at Livraria “Tentação” and a decorator at XM Arquitectura, complemented by graphic design work at the Instituto de Engenharia de Sistemas e Computadores. Educational qualifications include a postgraduate degree in management and marketing from the Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics and a licenciatura in graphic and industrial design from IADE.
