Jenny Li

Jenny Li has gained extensive experience in finance and accounting throughout their career. Starting at Deloitte as a Senior Accountant, they worked on financial audits, due-diligence engagements, and SEC filings. Jenny then transitioned to roles at Yahoo, Thermo Fisher Scientific, AMN Healthcare, and Ligand Pharmaceuticals, where they held positions such as Senior Revenue Analyst, Director of Financial Reporting, and Vice President, Corporate Controller. Jenny'sresponsibilities have included SEC reporting, technical accounting, and managing financial operations.

Jenny Li holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in International Business from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics. Jenny also has a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. Jenny Li is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) recognized by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
