Camiel Op de Beeck

Camiel Op de Beeck is a professional in photonics engineering with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Customer Project Engineer at LIGENTEC SA since December 2021, Camiel previously worked as a Photonics Engineer at Antelope Dx for a short duration in 2021. Prior to that, Camiel dedicated time to research as an FWO SB PhD Candidate at the Research Foundation Flanders from January 2018 to July 2021, and also held a PhD Candidate position at Ghent University from August 2016 to December 2017. Camiel's academic background includes a Master of Science in Photonics Engineering from Ghent University (2014-2016) and a Bachelor of Science in Physics Engineering from Ghent University (2011-2014), with additional study at the Universitat Politècnica de València in 2015-2016.
