Bob Croucher

Bob Croucher has been in the sales industry since 2003. Bob started their career as Regional Sales Manager at Ikon Legal Document Services, where they selected, trained, and directed a sales team of 9, including performing quarterly reviews and developing personalized professional growth plans for team members. Bob also promoted three sales reps to management positions and successfully attained larger clients, such as Solomon & Cromwell and Weitz & Luxenberg. Bob won awards of #1 branch manager out of 15 locations nationwide in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009. In 2010, they transitioned to Regency Lighting as North East Regional Sales Director. In this role, they cultivated and maintained partnerships with vendors and various agencies, along with internal departments to support sales goals. Bob also developed and implemented an annual strategic business plan to achieve and exceed sales target in adherence with company standards. In 2021, Bob joined Light Efficient Design as Senior Account Manager East Coast- Energy & Project Sales.

Bob Croucher obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from Fairleigh Dickinson University-Teaneck Campus.
