Jeff Meyer

Jeff Meyer is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in incident response, process management, and technical support. Currently serving as an Incident Response Analyst at LightBox since August 2017, Jeff previously held several roles at Re:Sources IT/Publicis Groupe from 2007 to 2016, including Operations Supervisor and Process Management Support Specialist, where responsibilities included managing IT service quality and customer support. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Digitas Classic and Modem Media, focusing on support team management, procurement, asset management, and desktop support. Jeff holds an Associate's degree in Computer Systems Technology from Norwalk State Technical College and a Certificate of Completion in Computer and Industrial Electronics from Porter and Chester Institute.
