Gigi Schweikert

Gigi Schweikert is a seasoned executive in the fields of education and child care, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Lightbridge Academy since October 2014. As a member of the Forbes Business Council since November 2023, Gigi also leads Gigi Schweikert Consulting, providing expertise as an international keynote speaker and author of 23 books, including "Being a Supervisor," published in 2014. Gigi's career includes significant roles such as Vice President at Children's Choice Learning Centers, Director of the United Nations Early Childhood Care and Learning Centre, and Television Host at Comcast Cable's "Today's Family." With a strong background in developing leadership training programs and implementing work/life initiatives for Fortune 500 companies, Gigi has worked with clients such as Merck, Prudential, and MGM Grand, while also managing child care centers and training over 1200 educators.
