Jennifer Losasso, MS PHR, SHRM-CP has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Business Operations. Jennifer began their career in 1998 as an Operations Coordinator, Aquatics for the City of Lake Jackson, where they were responsible for coordinating operations for three state-of-the-art aquatic facilities. In 1999, they moved on to become a Human Resources Generalist for the City of Westminster, where they worked closely with Managers, Directors and Executive Leadership to serve over 1000 benefited and non-benefited employees. In 2008, they became the Owner of 5280 Staffing, LLC, providing Human Resource Consulting services. In 2012, they joined Osypka Medtec Inc. as the Manager of Human Resources & Compliance, and was later promoted to Director of Business Operations & Compliance. In 2021, they became a Technical Recruiter at Creative Alignments and a Quality Auditor at 360HR & Quality Consulting, LLC. Most recently, they were hired as the Human Resources Director at LightDeck Diagnostics, where they are a non-traditional HR expert focused on holistic business practices.

Jennifer Losasso's education history includes graduating from Regis University with a Master of Science in Organizational Development in 2011, a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado in 1997, and attending Centaurus High. Jennifer has also attended the NCHRA Conference. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as Certified Quality Management System Lead Auditor, ISO 13485 from Axeon Corporation in 2019, PHR from HRCI in 2015, SHRM-CP from SHRM in 2013, Certified 9001 Lead Auditor from Exemplar Global, Inc. in 2021, Certified Medical Device Management Systems Lead Auditor from Exemplar Global, Inc. in 2022, and Certified 13485 Quality Management System Auditor from Exemplar Global, Inc. in 2022.
