Jie Ji 🇺🇦

Jie Ji has a strong background in credit and financial analysis. Their most recent role was as Vice President, Credit at Lighter Capital, where they reviewed credit memos, deal structures, and legal documents for commercial loan transactions. They also built quantitative models for problem credit review and made credit impairment recommendations. Prior to that, Jie Ji worked as a Credit Manager at Lighter Capital, where they assisted in constructing credit policies and improving lending practices. They also played a role in training and developing credit analysts and new hires. Before joining Lighter Capital, Jie Ji gained experience as an Associate at GE Capital, where they conducted diligence calls with prospective borrowers and prepared financial studies for the credit team. Jie Ji began their career as a Financial Analyst Summer Intern at GE Capital, where they participated in analyst conference calls and performed due diligence on target companies.

Jie Ji 🇺🇦 obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Mathematics from the University of Washington, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Jie furthered their education at Whitworth University, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree, specializing in International Business and Finance, from 2012 to 2013. Additionally, Jie Ji 🇺🇦 has completed the CFA Level I and Level II certifications from the CFA Institute in 2012 and 2013, respectively. Jie is also currently a CFA Level 3 Candidate.
