Brian LaQua

Brian LaQua has worked in a variety of roles in the materials engineering field. Brian started their career in 2006 as a Sales Specialist at Circuit City. Brian then worked as a Materials Science & Engineering Co-op at United Technologies Aerospace Systems (formerly Hamilton Sundstrand) in 2010 and 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Research & Development Intern at 3M and as a Research Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Nano-Engineered Materials Processing Center. From 2013 to 2019, they worked at Boeing in roles such as Materials, Processes & Physics Engineer and M&P Laboratory Lead. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Lockheed Martin as an Associate Manager and Sr. Materials and Processes Engineer. Currently, they are employed as a Materials Engineer at LTA Research and Exploration.

Brian LaQua attended Burnsville Senior High School from 2005 to 2008. Brian then went to the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Materials Engineering from 2008 to 2013. Finally, they attended the University of Southern California, where they earned a Master of Science in Product Development Engineering from 2014 to 2017.
