Michael Pagley has a diverse work experience. Michael started as a Custodian/Maintenance at New Castle Senior High School in 2015, where they maintained and cleaned athletic facilities for over 500 events. Michael also managed facilities preparations for over 100 athletic events and maintained multiple floors in the high school and elementary school buildings.
In 2019, Michael joined FIRST UNITED METHODIST CHURCH AT SAN JOSE as a Facilities Coordinator. In this role, they oversaw the operation and maintenance of all church-owned buildings and properties. Michael communicated with the church staff and board of trustees, managed the yearly facilities budget, and maintained electrical, HVAC, audio/visual, and lighting systems for church events and activities.
