Nicolas Macken

Nicolas Macken has a strong background in engineering, with experience in mechanical engineering, CADD drafting, and manufacturing process engineering. Nicolas has worked at LTA Research as a Mechanical Engineer since September 2020. Prior to that, they were a CADD Detail Drafter at Northrop Grumman from January 2020 to September 2020. Nicolas also worked as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Mountz Torque from November 2018 to June 2019, and as a Manufacturing Process Engineer, Intern/CO-OP at Meritor from January 2018 to September 2018. Earlier in their career, Nicolas worked as a Technical Support Representative at OneHealth Solutions, Inc from August 2012 to August 2014. Nicolas also gained experience in software quality assurance as a Software Quality Assurance Technician at Callaway Golf from October 2011 to August 2012, and as a Technical Support Representative Level II from April 2008 to October 2011.

Nicolas Macken's education history begins in 2014 when they attended MiraCosta College. Nicolas completed their Associate of Arts degree in CAD/CADD Drafting and/or Design Technology/Technician in 2017. Following this, from 2017 to 2020, Nicolas pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at San Jose State University. Most recently, they are currently enrolled at California State University, Monterey Bay, pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, which is expected to be completed in 2023.
