Steven Jocelyn started their career in 2001 at Pratt & Whitney, where they held various roles including Assembly & Test Mechanic, Tooling Coordinator/Planner, Process Engineer, Assembly Operations Engineer, Quality Assurance Manager, and Senior Manager-Assembly Operations. Steven then joined Thrush Aircraft, Inc. in 2020 as Vice President of Manufacturing until 2023. Currently, they are working as Vice President of Manufacturing at LTA Research, where they lead teams in Akron, Ohio, Mountain View, California, and Gardnerville, Nevada in airship manufacturing.
