Paul Ryznar

Paul Ryznar is the current Founder, President, and CEO of LightGuide. Paul has over three decades of experience in leadership positions in various companies.

Paul started their career as a Service Engineer at N.L. McCullough from March 1984 to August 1985. Paul then took on the role of General Supervisor-Maintenance at General Motors from January 1985 to December 1993. Afterwards, they became Vice President/General Manager of Detroit Diesel Remanufacturing North from January 1999 to December 2002. For the next seven years, they served as Vice President North American Operations at Diesel Technology from January 1993 to December 1999. Paul's final previous position was as VP Operations at Detroit Diesel Corporation from January 2002 to December 2005.

In 2006, they decided to leave Detroit Diesel Corporation and start their own company, LightGuide. LightGuide is a precision fuel injector remanufacturing company that has seen great success under Ryznar's leadership.

Paul Ryznar has an MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in International Business and Operations Mgmt. Paul also has a BSME from the University of Michigan in Energy and Power.
