Ashley Shoener

Ashley Dawn (Shoener) Ballard is a seasoned television development professional with extensive experience in the entertainment industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Development at Lighthearted Entertainment, Inc. since April 2021, Ashley has progressed through various roles, including Senior Director of Development at the same company since December 2018. Previous positions include Director of Development at Maverick Television and Manager of Development at Levity Entertainment Group. With foundational roles at ITV Studios, ITV, Zoo Productions, Disney Channel, and GRB Entertainment, Ashley's career is complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Television Production with a minor in Marketing from Pepperdine University, which includes educational experience in Florence.
