Ian Formanek

Ian Formanek has a diverse work experience. Ian started their career as a Registered Behavior Technician at Behavior Associates in May 2016 and worked there until February 2019. In February 2019, they joined Venture Performing Arts Education as the CEO. In September 2019, Ian also started working as an Educational Representative at Muncie Music Center and continued until January 2020. In January 2020, they joined Applied Therapy & Behavior Services as a Registered Behavior Technician and worked until June 2020. Ian then joined Monroe Central Jr-Sr High School in October 2017 as a Visual Designer/Technician and worked until July 2021. Simultaneously, they also worked as a Senior Therapist at Lighthouse Autism Center from June 2020 to July 2021. Currently, Ian holds the position of Information Technology Help Desk Technician at Lighthouse Autism Center since July 2021.

Ian Formanek attended Monroe Central Jr-Sr High School, where they studied until 2016.
