Chrystal Zimmerman

Chrystal Zimmerman has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership and management roles. Chrystal most recently worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions. Prior to that, they worked at The Ohio State University as the Human Resources Director and Human Resources Manager. Chrystal also has experience as a Human Resources Business Partner at Justice and as the Owner/Operator of FitJuice & Smoothies, LLC. Earlier in their career, they served as a Human Resources Director at Marriott International and as the Director of Human Resources & Training at America's Pizza Company. Chrystal began their career at Pizza Hut in various roles, including People Capability Leader, Regional Training Manager, and District Manager.
