Paula James

Paula James is a seasoned professional in the food and nutrition industry with extensive experience as a business owner and a regional ambassador. Currently serving as a Regional Ambassador for Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity since September 2022, Paula previously owned Cheeonut from September 2018 to September 2022, where cake products were created and a wholesale business network was developed. Prior to that, Paula owned Pjs Nutrition Kitchen from December 2014 to March 2020, focusing on healthy eating and catering to professional athletes. Paula holds a Master of Science in Sports and Exercise from the University of Chester and a Bachelor of Science in Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies from Edge Hill University, complemented by initial studies in Accounting and Business/Management at Liverpool John Moores University.
