Jay Gittings

Jay Gittings serves as the VP of Enterprise Architecture and Business Applications at Lighthouse Credit Union, directing the EA team to align technology roadmaps with strategic organizational goals. Gittings previously worked at Partners Federal Credit Union as a Security Architect, establishing cloud security best practices, and as an Application Architect, where mentoring and software design standards were key responsibilities. Other notable experience includes directing system design and engineering at Marriott Vacations Worldwide, leading a significant project to digitize sales processes, and holding various leadership roles at Partners Federal Credit Union, overseeing core banking and middleware operations, transitioning teams to Agile methodologies, and enhancing member-facing services. Gittings holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Florida.
