Jaydan Mitchell

Jaydan Mitchell, ACC, CNTC, CPC, ELI-MP, is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in coaching and supporting individuals with vision loss. As a Life & Vision Coach at Core Visionary Coaching since 2021, Jaydan empowers professionals impacted by disability to regroup and thrive. Concurrently, Jaydan has served as Manager of Youth Services at Lighthouse Guild since May 2007, where responsibilities include enhancing vocational success for young people with vision loss through innovative programming. Notably, Jaydan launched the Youth Leadership Program in 2020, aimed at developing leadership skills in young individuals. Additional roles at Lighthouse Guild include Vocational Evaluator and Coordinator of Information & Resources, demonstrating a strong commitment to fostering employment pathways and managing quality services. Educational qualifications include a B.A. cum laude in French and Anthropology from the University of Arkansas and training from iPEC Coaching.
