Leonardo Prates

Leonardo Prates is the Partner and Director of Operations at Lighthouse Innovation & Technology. Previously, Leonardo held the title of Head of Operations at DBC Company, where Leonardo led the Operations and Delivery areas and oversaw the digital transformation of the company. With a background in project management, Leonardo has experience working with companies like Embratec Good Card, CWI Software, Sicredi, and Kurotel Clínica de Longevidade e Spa. Leonardo holds a degree in Information Systems from ULBRA, an MBA in Project Management from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, and has completed programs in Digital Strategies for Business and Business Administration and Management.
