Brian Record

Brian Record is an accomplished professional in corporate development and mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Development and Head of M&A at Lighthouse Lab Services since 2023. Previously, Brian was the Chief Development Officer at Care Advantage, Inc. in 2022 and held roles such as Chief Strategy Officer and Vice President of Corporate Development at Citizens Rx and Guggenheim Partners, respectively. Brian's extensive experience includes strategic corporate advisory assignments, deal execution, and relationship building with C-Level executives and Boards. Earlier career positions were held at Deutsche Bank, Catalyst Rx, and Signal Hill Capital, showcasing a strong foundation in finance and corporate strategy. Brian holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a B.S. in Commerce with a focus on Finance from the University of Virginia.
