Tracy Bader

Tracy Bader has extensive experience in the title examination field, currently serving as a Title Examiner for both Lighthouse Title Group and Green Bay Title since June 2015. Responsibilities include handling various special service requirements related to residential and commercial projects, such as title commitments, document retrieval, and closing services. Prior to this role, Bader worked as a Drafting Clerk at FEECO International, Inc. from February 2010 to April 2015, reviewing drawings for fabrication and ordering materials for projects. Additional experience includes serving as a Loan Originator at Vision Mortgage Services Corp from August 2008 to January 2012, where responsibilities involved interviewing applicants and collecting documentation, and as a Regional Manager at Cottonwood Financial from March 2001 to May 2008, leading operations for multiple stores. Education includes attendance at East High School and Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.
