Jeremy Michael

Jeremy Michael has extensive work experience in operations management and technical roles. Jeremy is currently serving as the Director of Operations at Lighthouse since April 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Operations Manager at Epiq for over 12 years. In this role, they managed various operations teams and had experience in international staffing, training, and performance. Before joining Epiq, Jeremy worked as a Senior Production Specialist at Applied Discovery and as a Senior Business Analyst at Airborne Express. Jeremy also gained experience as a Technical Recruiter at NaturalData, Inc. and as a Desktop Analyst & Customer Service Representative at Airborne Express. Jeremy started their career as a Microsoft Technical Support Analyst at Software Spectrum and as an Information Systems & Technology Intern at Albertsons.
