Zviki Ben Ishay

Zviki Ben Ishay is the CEO and founder of Lightico. Prior to Lightico, they served as the solution marketing manager at NICE Systems from October 2011 to April 2015. In this role, they were responsible for managing all marketing activities for NICE's recording line of business, driving the NICE Enterprise recording and interaction management business globally. Zviki has also held positions as the contact center group & product manager at Netcom (Malam-team communications) Ltd from May 2010 to October 2011 and as the unified communication application engineer at Netcom (Malam-Team Communications) from April 2008 to February 2010.

Zviki Ben Ishay completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus in strategy and entrepreneurship from the College of Management. Prior to that, they earned a B.Sc in electronics and computer communication from the Holon Institute of Technology. Zviki also holds a certification from the Scrum Alliance as a Certified Scrum Product Owner.
